I have alot of tiny kind of pimple like things ony my nose but there not really pimples, what are they?

there are alot and there isnt any puss or anything insde. There just there, i dont know what they are, there is alot, and they dont hurt or anything but they dont look good especially when i look at myself in the mirror.|||idk like a black head or something
