What to do with pimple under mole?

i have a pimple under my mole and it just will not pop, every time i try it just bleeds, and now it is VERY swollen, it looks like i have an absess thats how bad it is, what do i do????|||This is NOT a simple pimple, and stop messing with it AT ONCE and go to a dermatologist NOW. You may be dealing with the early stages of skin cancer, and it%26#039;s never smart to mess with a mole.|||leave it alone, itll go away
