I have these small pimple like red dots on one cheek of my face?

ok so they look like mini pimples


i never get pimples if i do i only get like one or two lol


could it be keratosis pilaris?


i have never had anything like it b4


and im 15


i dont have time to go see a gp coz im currently doing exams


and need to study lol:)|||it could also be rosacea


but if you don%26#039;t have time to go to the doctors wash your face for now until exams are done


it could also be brought on my stress since its exam time|||keratosis? wow...nice. except for the part where keratosis is genetic and if your parents dont have it then neither do you. it%26#039;s acne. no big deal. get some facial cleanser like proactive and it%26#039;ll clear up just fine.|||maybe acne?
