i am 15 just joined swimming class 3 week ago i small red pimple lower arm near wrist and lower leg dosnt hurt its just itchy what is it and how can i get rid of it|||I%26#039;m pretty sure it%26#039;s just body acne. Take care of it like any other pimple.
If they don%26#039;t go away within a week or two, see a doctor though, it could be a rash.
