I would get a cleanser and a wet rag, put the cleanser on your face and then scrub that spot with the rag, this will get he white head off of it and also clean the area. Then you can put some pimple medication on it or just plain antibiotic.|||don%26#039;t squeeze it or aggravate at all, before you go to bed at night just put a bit of toothpaste on it and leave it on and wash off in the morning.
