These spots are not uncommon. Depending on where exactly they are, they could be something as simple as ingrown hairs, or pimples. If its something a little bigger than a pimple and hurts to touch, it could be a small cyst - which is not uncommon either. Keep an eye on them and if anything changes take note, and talk to your mom or even better your doctor about them.
I would also suggest keeping the area very clean. Do not touch the bumps with your fingers unless you have washed them thoroughly. Anything extra, such as shaving the area could irritate them.
