If it%26#039;s on the areola, it could be a small ingrown hair, especially if it%26#039;s painful. Or it could just be small glands. Montgomery glands, I think their called. If it%26#039;s on the nipple itself, then I have no idea.|||i would go get that checked out. it could be an ingrown pimple, or something worse.
