Im worried i have cancer, i have a pimple-like bump behind my earlobe?

im 19 and pretty healthy, this is just on my mind, the bump is about 3-5 millimeters long... just an estimate, like a pimple. what are the chances it could be cancer... do you think it is or could be????????|||get it checked out because 2% of all %26quot;lumps%26quot; have cancer (even though that%26#039;s small, you still want to be safe)|||It could be a number of things possible a cyst, bug bite, or just that a pimple. If you seriously believe this is cancer than it is better to err on the side of caution. Cancer is deadly and nothing to mess with. Go to a doctor for your own piece of mind.|||Play with it every so often. It%26#039;s gross, but I%26#039;ve had little knobs in my ear that eventually popped. They weren%26#039;t pimples, just globs of puss with a shell. I%26#039;ve had pimples too.
