I have a pimple filled with something its a huge lump- HELP!?

i have a pimple on the edge of my lip. its huge and filled with puss only theres a lump behind the pimple. its hugeee. i can barely move my mouth. i dont know what it is or what to do about it. ive tried heat and ive tried alcohol.
