I have a pimple that's touching my lip - what to do?

ok so i have a pimple that%26#039;s edge is touching my lip. i just washed my face and the wash rubbed the tiny white top part of the pimple off. What should i do? apply something? put ice on it (it kinda burns...)|||SQUEEZE IT.
