My dog's sore has puss like a pimple. what should i do?

i was brushing my german shephard and noticed a clump of hair on the back of his neck so i cut it out and under there was a bump that seemed like a large pimple. i %26#039;popped%26#039; it and SO much puss came out. once all the puss was out it was a little blood seeping but the wound is still rather %26#039;inflamed%26#039;. he is NEVER around any animals, not even cats. he hates all animals and i have to muzzle him when running.|||It might be an infected wound caused by a wire, a piece of wood, or his own nails or teeth when scratching. Wash the wound and apply a vet- approved antibiotic ointment, and take him to the vet as soon as you can.|||Be careful when you%26#039;re popping large pimples. Some of those might be boils and have those checked out. If you pop this and it becomes infected, go visit the vet. You should have taken him to the vet to get the pimple checked out first. Puss means that it%26#039;s infected and so does blood. Check with a vet.|||pop it. if its hard go to a doctor. if its soft kiss him and the magic healing power will take control.
