Small flesh colored pimple like bump?

I have been sexually active since about March with my gf and we are both virgins and lately I I noticed that I got a small pimple like pump on the shaft of my penis and it is soft to the touch and isn%26#039;t bugging me it only actually bugs me when I sweat down there and I am afraid it could be something or it could be something that involves me sweating down there, because of the fact it has been hot and I have not been able to shower much lately like maybe once every couple days, could this be something bad?|||Not to scare you or anything but it actually sounds like genital warts which come from a virus call human papillomavirus (HPV). Usually the bumps go away on their own depending on your immune system but definitely go 2 the doc because I believe they can give you a cream to make them go away and defiantly tell your girlfriend to get checked out as well because HPV affects women more seriously than men but hopefully this is not the case. But for your own health and peace of mind go get it checked out. It%26#039;s not life threatening and there are ways to make the bumps go away.|||Sounds more like sebascous glands which are normal. Also, you gotta take better care of yourself. Not showering for more than 2 days can def. cause some $hit to go funky down there but nothing that cant be taken care of w. good hygiene.
