I have a Pencil Eraser size pimple down there and no can know, wat can i do to draw all the pus out of it??

Soak a cloth in very warm water and hold it on the area until it cools and repeat. You also might try applying an antibiotic ointment to keep it from getting infected. Could it be a friction burn from excess hand contact?|||Soak in a hot bathtub, that should draw the pus to the top and then you might have to pop it. Put some Neosporin or triple antibiotic on it.
