Is it a boil or a pimple?

Hey girls. I%26#039;m a 13 year old girl and this morning i saw this thing right on my underwear line. It is a red pimple looking thing it is full of puss or whatever. I%26#039;m wondering if it is a zit or boil please help!|||If you shave it may be a razor burn or a in grown hair. It may be a pimple. Don%26#039;t pop it, let it go away on its own. If you are sexually active, make sure you use protection against STDs.
